The will of GOD is not so easy to understand or even to surrender to, but then Our Heavenly Father never left us desolate to figure things out on our own, He gladly gave us a manual_ His Word📖 & He is forever present with us in this life journey.
Let me admit that there have been times when I’ve been mad or angry at GOD because of the unfavourable circumstances in my life, although I would still realize deep down that I still loved my Father no matter what. Sounds odd right?
That’s what happens when JESUS has took your heart🙃.
I’ve said this to myself so many times “it would be so unfair & selfish for me to only love GOD When everything is going well.” Why? Because I’ve learnt that GOD isn’t a genie or santa clause that I should demand all my wishes, wants on Him anytime, anyhow & expect Him to say Yes to everything.
Understanding & Accepting that GOD loves you regardless of who, where you come from, where you are or what you’ve done doesn’t come so easily. It happens when the grace, mercy, forgiveness & love has devoured us, when we have accepted that we can never save ourselves & that we can never be fully enough on our own nor live without our Father. I mostly agree that ; when we have accepted that we can never earn forgiveness nor can we ever carry the burdens, even sins on our own we would gladly appreciate the ransom of CHRIST.
Even though I have had so many bad days, intensely challenging seasons, my love & gratitude towards GOD can never be tamed. I’ve learnt to be grateful for this life He has blessed me with & I am cherishing it everyday. To think that the Creator of the universe wanted me to be part of His story here on earth makes me melt & humbles me so much☺.
GOD had thought of me & you before we ever existed how beautiful & sweet is that?😊
He created all things for us to dominate & enjoy? Who are we to? Have you ever wondered friend? It’s without a suprise that David the Psalmist marvelled so much in the Bible (Psalms 8:4-9).
The best part is; GOD didn’t only create us to just enjoy things & die but, He created us so that He can mould us to go to heaven where we truly belong on appointed time.
Do you friend know the fall in Genesis chapter 3 in the Bible? How the fall led us into separation with our Father? We’re definitely hearding back to Him when His promised time comes, how exciting!
He has made laws, principles, warnings, punishments, hardships, guidlines, promises & other situations and seasons for our good. Some to break & rebuild us; for our character, to humble us, to destroy the seed of disobedience in man, to renew, to sanctify, to teach us, to bless, to glorify Himself & much more other divine purposes.
Truthfully the will of GOD is not easy nor nice at times but, do we know better than the Author to ever think that He could have done better?
Is this our story? Do we own anything & everything?, can we figure out the mind of GOD behind every circumstance? His word says, His thoughts & His ways are higher than ours (Isaiah 55:8-9) so the best we can do is to humbly obey & let Him lead.
Even if we were to fight GOD’s will, can we ever win??😅
In Order to grasp the meaning of life, to understand the will of GOD it’s vital that we have a fruitful relationship with our Father. Reading the word, praying, worshipping, spending time with GOD alone, listening & generally conversing with Him as our loving Father is part of it.
Searching, knowing, understanding His word leads to understanding His will, although it can never be limited to that.
Being connected to GOD with understanding of His truth & will leads into a peaceful, joyful, & content life ; I can testify of that🙂.
Ohh dear friend if you haven’t found what GOD desires for you most to have & accomplish; I’m praying for you🙏, may He bless you with all that you desire aswell but most of all may He bless you with His everlasting joy, understanding, contentment and peace♥️.
